PRIVATE EVENT RESERVATION FEE
***PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PAYING A RESERVATION FEE!
- Reserves the entire candle bar privately without interruption from outside traffic to create customized candle blends.
- There is a $100 reservation fee to reserve the bar and a team of candle experts for 2 hours.
- This fee DOES NOT apply to any booking sessions. Each booking session is a separate fee.
- If a discount code is used, your reservation fee will be returned and you will be invoiced the full amount of the reservation fee.
- Additionally, the cost of each candle made at the event would either need to be covered by one person/organization or by each individual attending the day of the event.
- Time slots vary depending on the date you wish to host your event.
- Your event date IS NOT SECURED until the reservation fee is made.
- Once fee is paid, you will receive a private link to send to your guest in order for each attendant to schedule their session.
CANCELLATIONS
- Due to staff scheduling and operations outside of our normal business hours, we request at least one (1) week notice if a cancellation is needed.
- We will only be able to reschedule once. Reservation fee is non-refundable.
- To cancel or reschedule a private party, please email info@lovelitcandles.com or call 318-214-3222 at least one (1) week in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
