Damages & Issues
Should your item arrive damaged, please email us at: info@lovelitcandles.com within 5 days of delivery to discuss replacement options. Please include your name, order number and a photo of the damaged merchandise will be required to initiate an exchange. 


Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and are not subject to any refunds; therefore, we do not process refunds. You may request to exchange your product for another candle of the exact size and price. Buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
